The Arm Wheels has two heavy wheels that are turned by two participants on each side in opposing directions against the force providing by the partner. The fun contest builds forearm, shoulder and grip strength, much like arm wrestling. The muscles employed can be varied by adopting different positions. For example. straight arms will place more emphasis on shoulder strength.
If two individuals of greatly different strength use the equipment, one can provide the constant resistance while the other exercises various shoulder muscles. Then switch with the other person providing the resistance.
